- Thought Leadership: Serve as a leader in the cybersecurity field, offering thought leadership and driving operational excellence through a blend of technical expertise, financial insight, and business strategy.
- Vendor Management: Oversee third-party SOC providers, ensuring accountability and alignment with our cybersecurity goals.
- Extensive Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale IT security operations, with a deep understanding of the current threat landscape, advanced threat detection, risk assessment, and cybersecurity technologies.
- Technical Background: Strong hands-on technical background in Cyber Security, with a focus in Security Operations.
- Leadership & Management: Strong leadership and management capabilities with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Risk Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to assess and mitigate risks while managing stakeholder expectations and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.
