About the Role
Regis Lucinda, Musgrave & Griffith comprise our Regis Sandgate Campus, a nurturing and high-quality community committed to delivering exceptional aged care services.
Your Responsibilities
• Drive outstanding care outcomes through the management and delivery of individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents throughout the day, recognizing changes in their preferences, needs, or overall wellbeing, and escalate concerns as necessary.
• Treat each resident as a unique individual, promoting autonomy and independence while providing support as required.
• Create detailed care plans, perform comprehensive assessments of needs and preferences, and implement suitable care strategies.
• Administer medications safely and in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain precise and current documentation, including admission assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with fellow caregivers to implement our Continuity of Carer model effectively.
What You Bring
• A genuine passion for providing care to others.
• A commitment to a holistic approach to care, supporting residents in achieving their personal goals and meeting their needs.
• A Bachelor of Nursing degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing).
• Familiarity with or a willingness to learn about the AN-ACC funding system.
• Experience in complex nursing clinical services and/or aged care environments, including hospitals or community care settings.
• Experience in geriatric medicine, palliative care, or rehabilitation is highly desirable.
• Both experienced professionals and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
