Stryker Group seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to the Vice President, Asia.

This key role will assist the Vice President, Asia in all operational and strategic activities to enable them to optimize their performance and that of the Asia Leadership team for the Neurovascular Division.

The focus will be on supporting the Vice President, Asia & Senior Director, APAC.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in executive-level administrative support
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle complex scheduling and travel arrangements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and proofread reports and presentations
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems with minimal guidance
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with senior executives, EAs, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing reports, calendars, and project deliverables
  • Proven capability to execute and coordinate projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing travel arrangements and itineraries for VP Asia and Senior Director APAC
  • Managing expense reports for VP Asia and Senior Director APAC
  • Coordinating calendar scheduling for VP Asia and Senior Director APAC, monitoring future and recurring appointments, and liaising with senior executives' EAs to coordinate meetings

Critical Requirements:

  • Proven experience in executive-level administrative support
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle complex scheduling and travel arrangements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and proofread reports and presentations
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools

  • Preferably experience in a regional or global administrative support role
