Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and experienced construction labourers to join our team on a gold coast project. As a construction labourer, you will play a vital role in the success of our project by assisting trades on site, working independently without supervision, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist trades personnel with tasks such as cleaning up the site, moving materials, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Work collaboratively with site management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Hold a valid White Card (construction induction card).
- Be eligible to work in Australia with full Australian work rights.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Possess at least 12 months of experience in the construction industry.
- Be able to wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
Benefits Package
- Earn $30.83-$34 per hour + super + coinvestment.
- Receive an additional meal allowance for shifts exceeding 9.5 hours.
- Enjoy an additional travel allowance of $20.32.
- Benefit from time-and-a-half and double-time rates paid for overtime.
