Senior Financial Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Business Partner to partner with our business as a trusted advisor to our Merchandise and Trade teams.
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Merchandise and Trade functions with financial analysis, budgeting, and planning to drive optimum sales, profit, and stock outcomes in line with overall strategy.
This senior role will be highly visible with senior leadership and is a great pathway to build a successful career within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Driving results and KPIs through weekly and monthly trade insights, profitability, and performance analysis.
- Leading corporate planning and budgeting processes for Merchandise, setting sales and margin budgets, forecasts, and stretch targets.
- Financial review, analysis, and decision support for business problems, strategic projects, and new investments.
- Shaping trade and promotional strategy through insights on category trends and price elasticity.
- Driving stock turnover, weeks cover, and availability targets through inventory position review and risk identification.
- Facilitating collaboration between Merchandise and Online to drive digital acceleration.
