Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Carrier. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales and delivery of objectives through active promotion of Controls /Automated Logic as a professional organisation that delivers high quality service and maintenance of BMS control systems and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales and manage service and maintenance contracts.
- Promote and deliver Carrier /Automated Logic's service and projects offerings to new and existing customers.
- Work with team members to ensure delivery of promises to customers and maximise lifetime business opportunities.
- Provide technical support to Service Technicians and Carrier / Automated Logic customers.
- Regularly visit key customers to ensure no ongoing issues and maximise sales opportunities.
- Liaise with technicians and site contacts for purposes of submitting timely quotations for additional works.
- Be aware of overall Company financial objectives and work proactively to achieve those goals.
- Identify and develop relationships with existing and new customers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Complete scheduled reviews of Service Technician's personal performance and performance measurements with the Operations Manager.
- Resolve customer service and account disputes in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Building Automation and HVAC Industry.
- People management and team-working experience.
- Strong knowledge of Building Automation Technologies, Designs and related industries.
- Strong problem solving ability and initiatives.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to develop and sell commercial contracts.
