Customer Service Ambassador
Job Description:This role is responsible for providing top-notch customer support and service to clients outside of regular business hours. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
They will be responsible for cultivating customer relationships, providing proactive support, and coordinating with teams to anticipate projects, schedules, and potential timing issues.
Additionally, they will process purchase orders, sample requests, returns, and provide order entry, acknowledgments, confirmations, and change notifications.
Strong teamwork skills, adaptability, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Ultimately, the goal of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service, build trust with our clients, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Diploma/Degree in Business or related discipline with at least 3 years in a Customer Service or Order Fulfilment environment.
- Knowledge or experience with SAP is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
