We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Lead Educator in our Junior Kindy Room. This position presents a unique opportunity for a passionate and dedicated professional to showcase their leadership skills, share their expertise, and contribute to the growth and development of our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and assess educational programs tailored to the individual needs of children.
- Guide, mentor, and provide direction to other educators in the learning environment.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and external professionals to enhance children's learning and wellbeing.
- Previous experience as a Lead Educator, Room Leader, or similar role in an early childhood setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Storypark for children's documentation, communication with families, and educational planning is essential.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent recognized by ACECQA).
- A current and valid BlueCard.
- First Aid & CPR certificate.
