The RoleWe are seeking an Occupational Therapy Graduate to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be making a significant impact in people's lives by working within various insurance schemes and assisting in rehabilitation consulting tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to design, implement, and monitor programs that aid injured employees in returning to the workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home ADL assessments
- Report writing and administrative tasks
- Liaise with clients, medical practitioners, insurers, and employers to achieve desired outcomes
- Provide ad hoc support to a multi-disciplinary team of rehabilitation consultants
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy, with AHPRA registration upon graduation in 2024 or early 2025
- Willingsness to travel, requiring a current vehicle and driver's license
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Determination to provide high-quality customer service
- Able to manage time effectively and maintain punctuality
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
