C015 APT MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTY LIMITED is seeking a skilled Databricks Admin and Entitlements Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you working on the cutting-edge of data engineering, utilising your expertise in Databricks administration and cloud environments.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who can configure and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) within the Databricks environment, ensuring secure and appropriate access control. You will be responsible for administering, overseeing, and monitoring Databricks clusters on AWS, maintaining optimal performance and functionality.

In this role, you will partner with AWS and Databricks support teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance system reliability. You will collaborate closely with cloud architects, data engineers, and security teams to facilitate seamless integration with AWS services.

You will also work in partnership with data governance teams to promote and implement best practices in data management. Your task will include supporting the implementation of robust network security measures, including VPC configurations and firewall rules, to safeguard the platform.

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in Databricks administration, experience with Databricks on AWS, and knowledge of cloud environments. Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python or SQL, is essential for automation purposes.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred. Experience in the utilities sector is desirable, but not mandatory.
