About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team at Infinite Care. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our aged care facility in Mount Lofty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake general maintenance activities to a high standard, adhering to Infinite's standards, plans, and guidelines.
  • Ensure all emergency, preventative, and corrective maintenance is carried out in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee and coordinate contractors working on site, as required.
  • Ensure the day-to-day running of maintenance requirements at the facility.
  • Provide exceptional client service skills to ensure success in the role.
  • Flexibility to undertake a wide scope of activities, including landscaping, general repairs, waste removal, painting, and test and tagging.
Requirements
  • Previous gardening and maintenance experience is preferred.
  • OHS understanding is essential.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills to prioritize work schedules.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task.
  • A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willingness to apply).
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude is essential for success in this role.
