As a Site Engineer with Downer, you will be part of a dynamic team working on the redevelopment project. You will assist the Project Engineer/Project Manager in the preconstruction, construction, and post-construction stages of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and compilation of site documentation prior to the commencement of works
  • Coordinate and supervise work activities of multiple crews over various work locations through the Riverina region
  • Monitor and control expenditure on jobs to ensure cost-effective completion of projects
  • Review HOTO documentation, e.g. interpretation and application of drawings, ITPs and images recorded for each project

What You'll Bring:

  • Australian Citizenship preferred for Defence site entry requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree or similar
  • Graduate Member of Institution of Engineers Australia (IEAust) or Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand (IPENZ)
  • Previous experience as a site engineer or graduate engineer in a related industry sector
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively in a team environment
