SAP Project Manager

Oversee the execution of intricate SAP initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality outcomes across flexible delivery frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage SAP projects from inception through to completion, encompassing scope, time, cost, and quality.
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Business functions.
  • Deliver governance, documentation, and structured reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead across both agile and waterfall frameworks with clarity and confidence.
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and business needs through delivery cycles.
  • Proactively manage project risk, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Drive contract and vendor performance across complex delivery environments.
Essential Skills:
  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in enterprise-scale SAP environments.
  • Hands-on delivery experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC.
  • Strong background managing large-scale projects at major organisations or top-tier clients.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
  • Confident working across agile and waterfall delivery models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, reporting, and risk tracking capability.
  • Experience with vendor engagement, contract oversight, and delivery assurance.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Microsoft Suite, and project governance tooling.
