Job Description

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador.

The ideal candidate will be a people person, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to provide exceptional service to our members and guests, while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our members and guests;
  • Beverage service including making a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
  • Basic food preparation (including sandwich toasting and plating food);
  • Waiter/server duties including delivering food and drinks to our patrons;
  • Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection;
  • Processing transactions through the register and cash handling duties;
  • General cleaning duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment;
  • Ability to carry 3 plates highly desirable;
  • Immaculate presentation with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to work;
  • Minimum 12 months experience in the same or similar role;
  • A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
  • RSA and RCG Certificates;
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Previous bar and barista experience will be highly regarded.
