Join Our Allied Health Team

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic allied health professional looking to start your career? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our multidisciplinary team as part of our Allied Health Graduate Program.

This two-year program offers the perfect opportunity for recent graduates or those eligible to graduate in early 2026 with AHPRA registration to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing participants and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a person-centred framework.
  • Providing support and advice to participants.
  • Referring and consulting within the multidisciplinary team.
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions.
  • Overseeing placement students.
  • Working full-time in Wagga Wagga or outreach locations (Griffith, Tumut).
  • Participating in daily peer-to-peer learning and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Requirements:
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • Recent graduation (within the last 2 years) or eligibility to graduate in early 2026 with AHPRA registration.
  • Willingness to work as an Allied Health Assistant until graduation, if applicable.
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
