The Content Discovery Specialist will play a crucial role in bringing our acquired content to life for our audience. This involves sourcing and delivering the necessary materials, such as artwork, scripts, and subtitles, to ensure a seamless viewing experience.
As a central point of contact for pre-broadcast information, the Specialist will work closely with local and international Content Distribution partners to communicate scheduling developments and anticipate the needs of internal clients. This requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of information and coordinate with various teams.
The ideal candidate will have a customer service focus, with a positive attitude and solutions-oriented approach. They will be well-organized, with attention to detail and the ability to read, enter, and check large volumes of data. Previous experience with IBMS (Sintec/Operative) is highly regarded.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have a basic understanding of copyright or content licensing, and a passion for film and television. They will be able to interact comfortably and effectively with colleagues both in person and online, using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and navigating web sites and cloud-based applications for downloadable media delivery.
