We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our National Clients & Markets team in Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior marketer looking to step up and gain marketing experience in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide marketing, administrative, and operational support to the team, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and national initiatives.
- Coordinate updates to staff profiles, CVs, and job credentials, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution, both internally and externally.
- Offer high-level administrative support to the Clients & Markets Partner and broader team, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
- Act as a liaison between national offices and the team, fielding general enquiries and providing support for brand compliance and marketing collateral.
- Contribute to team projects, such as video development, template creation, and report generation.
Requirements
- 1+ years of work experience with a relevant education in marketing, business, or a related field.
- A strong interest in marketing, with excellent administration and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A high level of attention to detail, commitment to high standards, and good time management skills.
- An outgoing and enthusiastic mindset, with a willingness to learn and show initiative.
