Job Title
Sustainment Procurement Specialist

The Sustainment Procurement Specialist will support the team with complex supply chain requirements for the sustainment of the Wedgetail program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
  • Maintain currency of existing contracts, including negotiating and implementing complex variations;
  • Manage existing contracts and promote contractor collaboration to ensure on-time performance and compliance;
  • Develop practical and efficient solutions to complex procurement and contract issues;
  • Identify and develop appropriate sourcing strategies and approaches to market for goods and services;
  • Prepare, negotiate, and execute contract documentation in accordance with delegations of authority;
  • Manage contractor invoicing compliance and reporting;
  • Participate in risk identification and mitigation planning;
  • Ensure compliance with supply chain management corporate governance policies and procedures.
