Skilled Waterproofing Specialist Wanted

Looking for a skilled professional to lead our waterproofing team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in applying sheet and liquid membrane systems, maintaining existing systems, repairing defective systems, installing angles and flashings, and completing inspection test plans.

The successful applicant will take pride in delivering high-quality results, possess excellent communication skills, own a vehicle, hold relevant certifications, and have a Certificate III in waterproofing or minimum of 3 years' experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Effective project scheduling and worker allocation

- Cementitious waterproofing and concrete repairs

- Liquid membrane application (polyurethane, acrylic etc.)

- PVC sheet membrane installation

- Butynol rubber sheet membrane installation

- Torch-on bitumen membrane application

Requirements

- Full-time position available with 40 hours per week

- Overtime opportunities with penalty rates

- Above award wage

- Performance-based bonuses
