We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Employment Services Employment Consultant to join our team in Frankston.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored employment solutions and support our participants (job seekers) to transform their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers.
  • Support our participants to identify skills to become job ready.
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals.
  • Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are driven, solution-focused, and have a can-do approach.

Candidates should demonstrate empathy and compassion towards those with disability, injury, and/or barriers to employment.

They should be motivated to go above and beyond for their participants, have excellent communication skills, and be able to demonstrate composure and adaptability through the day-to-day challenges of the role.
