Hotel Maintenance Engineer


Job Description:

The role of Hotel Maintenance Engineer is a key position within the facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all hotel facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure that all hotel facilities are in good working order.
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of hotel services.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.

Requirements:
  • Relevant trade qualification or degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
