Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist nursing consultation and coordinate treatment plans for people navigating substance use challenges.
- Clinical assessments, care planning, and supporting the delivery of programs like the opioid treatment program.
- Collaborate with health workers, clinicians and community organisations, offering mentorship and guidance while contributing to service improvement.
