**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Field Service Engineer – Infection Control to join our Service Team in Sydney. This role involves conducting preventative and reactive maintenance for Getinge equipment at customer sites, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with other Field Service Engineers as needed.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the installation of Getinge capital equipment;
  • Troubleshooting issues that may arise in equipment and ensuring it is returned to full functionality, enabling customers to continue their business operations;
  • Liaising with the Getinge Service Co-ordination team before attending customer sites to ensure effective preparation for resolving customer issues;
  • Completing Service Documentation within a mobile device.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Grade Electrical licence (mandatory requirement);
  • A mechanical aptitude;
  • A valid Driver's Licence;
  • Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, ideally in the MedTech sector;
  • A proven track record of going above and beyond for others;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation;
  • The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and as part of a team.

This role requires you to be physically active, on the road, and in control of your own patch of the business. Successful applicants will be required to undergo relevant references, police, and medical checks prior to appointment.
