Early Childhood Educator Position Overview

The North Wyong Early Learning Centre is a privately owned and operated service dedicated to providing high-quality care for children. Our welcoming environment is driven by the passion and support of our educators, creating a calm and secure atmosphere for all.

We are seeking an experienced educator with strong leadership qualities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum Diploma or relevant teaching degree
  • Previous experience in managing and providing positive role modelling to other educators
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good understanding and working knowledge of the EYLF framework
  • Passion for delivering engaging early learning curriculums
