Podiatry Specialist

At Mediix, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional podiatric care to our patients. As a Podiatry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in improving the foot and lower limb health of our patients.

We're looking for an experienced and skilled Podiatrist who can join our team and contribute to providing high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' foot health, including biomechanical analysis and gait assessment.
• Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patients' needs, including interventions such as orthotics, footwear advice, and exercise programs.
• Perform routine foot care procedures, such as nail care, callus reduction, and wound management.
• Educate patients on foot health, preventive care strategies, and self-management techniques.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Podiatry from an accredited institution.
• Current registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in podiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping up to date with advancements in podiatric care.
