Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to our young students, inspiring them with creativity, curiosity, and wonder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development in our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring a collaborative and cohesive approach to education.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in early childhood education.
  • Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Passion for working with nursery-aged children and their families.
  • Commitment to child safety and development.
  • Valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training.
  • Working with Children Check and Mandatory Reporting.
  • Australian working rights.
