Insurance Claims Specialist
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Claims Specialist to assess damage to insured properties, provide accurate reports, and support the claims process.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Building and Construction Industry, with strong knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, assess property losses, and determine policy coverage.
- Determine policy coverage for damaged properties
- Communicate clearly and accurately with stakeholders on claim progress and solutions
- Assess property losses and provide detailed reports
- Support the claims process to ensure timely resolution
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in the Building and Construction Industry
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work efficiently using technology and systems
