As an Executive Director Corporate Services & Chief Financial Officer, you will lead a consolidated portfolio of non-clinical services, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and delivery of high-quality services to our communities.

The role requires significant senior leadership experience, including management of multi-disciplinary programs and diverse work units, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with executive and leadership groups.

You will contribute effectively to the broad strategic agenda for the organisation, shaping services that respond to the growing needs of our diverse regional and rural communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of non-clinical services, including Strategic Finance, Financial Accounting, Performance Analysis & Reporting, Digital and Information Services, Infrastructure Delivery, Building Engineering and Maintenance Services, Procurement, Contracts and Supply, and Support Services.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic and business plans, driving quality care, supporting and empowering our workforce, commitment to sustainability, leveraging digital and emerging technology, and building for the future.
  • Contribute to the broad strategic agenda for the organisation, shaping services that respond to the growing needs of our diverse regional and rural communities.
