At Reece Group, we're looking for a Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Supply Chain Operations at Actrol Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you'll work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in customer service, stock management, and sales processing.



About the Role

You'll be partnering with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd to complete a School-based Traineeship, which will involve working in a Reece branch and completing certificate requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain industry experience, build your knowledge, and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities


  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up services
  • Maintaining a high standard of work and contributing to the branch's overall success


About You

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn and take on new challenges. If you have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you



As a School-based Trainee, you'll be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability essential. Additional hours during school holidays are available and highly recommended to support your progress.
