Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Visual Merchandising Professional to spearhead our NSW/ACT Visual Merchandising team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing high-quality window displays and in-store merchandising across all NSW/ACT retail stores in line with brand standards.

Key qualities include proven leadership experience within a VM environment, apparel expertise, excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to execute high-quality windows implementation and in-store merchandising
  • Develop and implement VM strategies that meet brand standards
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the business
  • Coach and manage a team to achieve VM goals

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience within a VM environment
  • Apparel experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to build meaningful relationships easily with stakeholders across the business
