As a Guest Experience Host at Travel + Leisure Co., you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable stay. Your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day operation of the front desk, where you will greet and register owners and guests, provide information on local area attractions, and complete all department-related paperwork.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including registration, check-in, and check-out processes.
  • Offer recommendations and provide information on local area attractions, activities, and events.
  • Complete all department-related paperwork, including reports and statistics.
  • Ensure the front desk area is maintained in a clean and organized manner.

Your Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy, with experience in using PMS systems an advantage.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
