We are seeking a compassionate Carer to join our team in a rewarding career supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members in NSW.

About the Role

This role will involve providing personal care services including showering, feeding and toileting, as well as assisting with oral medication.

You will also provide social support such as accompanying clients to appointments, shopping and social outings, as well as domestic assistance like cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, bed making, and meal preparation.

The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations and be able to provide culturally sensitive care.

Requirements
  • A current Australian Driver Licence
  • Vaccinated for COVID-19 (2 Doses)
  • At least 6 months personal care experience required
Benefits
  • $28.01 - $33.94 per hour (Plus Casual Loading if applicable) + super
  • Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time

Location

This role will be servicing the communities Fairfield, Cabramatta and Merrylands.
