Optics Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Optics Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Optometrist in running a successful store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless customer journeys from clinic to frame selection and dispensing.
  • Run the store for two days a week on the Store Manager’s rostered days off.
  • Drive growth opportunities through coaching, training, and team leadership development.
  • Foster a loyal customer base through excellent customer service and local marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Optics at a supervisor or management level.
  • Excellent leadership skills and commitment to training and developing your team.
  • Availability of minimum 3 days a week.
