We seek an experienced Nominated Supervisor for a Family Day Care Service. This is a full-time position working weekdays, collaborating with a dedicated team of educators to create a stimulating environment aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards (NQS). Key responsibilities include observations, programming, and evaluating children's development to support their learning outcomes, as well as engaging with and providing support to families.

Requirements:

  • Early Childhood Education Diploma
  • Experience in Early Childhood Education management
  • Knowledge of child development for 2-5 years old and current practices in Early Childhood Education
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and the elements of the NQF
  • Ability to develop partnerships with parents and families
  • Ability to establish warm and meaningful relationships with children
  • Committed to inclusive Early Childhood practices
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • High-level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Team player
  • First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificate
  • A current Working with Children Check

  • Schedule: 8 hour shift
  • Education: Diploma (preferred)
  • Experience: Supervising: 3 years (preferred)
  • Work Authorisation: Australia (required)
  • Work Location: In person
