**About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Guest Services Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Guest Services team with general operational tasks, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest queries
  • Assisting with room assignments and preferences
  • Handling general hotel inquiries and engaging guests throughout their stay
  • Verifying and adjusting billing, with attention to detail
  • Building relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with property management systems or similar
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Enthusiasm to escalate your career
