Lead Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative cybersecurity specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with business teams to reduce security risks and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing robust security strategies to mitigate potential threats
  • Monitoring and managing IT security tools to identify and respond to emerging threats
  • Participating in incident responses and coordinating remediation activities to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity
  • Enhancing process efficiency and automation across security operations to drive productivity and improve outcomes
  • Supporting user provisioning and maintaining high standards of system housekeeping to ensure data integrity and compliance

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Curiosity to learn and share knowledge, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Experience with cloud security, Active Directory, and basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Linux shell) would be beneficial
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously, multitask effectively, and stay calm under pressure
