About This Role

This is a hands-on position within a growing Sydney-based construction and demolition company.

As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for carrying out labouring work across commercial demolition and interior strip-out projects.

You will assist with site clean-up and preparation activities, safely drive company vehicles (manual licence required), and follow site safety and company procedures at all times.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in construction or demolition labouring, an Industry induction White Card, and current Australian driver's licence with the ability to drive manual vehicles.

The successful candidate will also have full Australian working rights, high level of physical fitness to handle labouring work, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

  • Perform construction and demolition labouring tasks on various projects
  • Assist with site clean-up and preparation activities

  • Support the team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule
About You
