Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team at Point Frederick NSW SIL. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents with complex needs. Your duties will include:

  • Working collaboratively with residents, their families, and stakeholders to develop person-centred plans.
  • Providing personal care, assisting with daily needs, and promoting choice, wellbeing, and health.
  • Ensuring effective implementation of person-centred plans.
  • Giving timely and adequate advice to the Team Leader regarding resource allocation and reporting incidents.

This role requires a First Aid and CPR Certification, a NSW Driver's Licence, and access to a vehicle. You must also hold a Working with Children Check and an NDIS worker check.

Salary and Benefits

As a casual Support Worker, you will be paid $41.76 per hour under the SCHADS 2.1 award. This rate applies to short early morning shifts, afternoon shifts, and occasional active night shifts. In addition to your hourly wage, you will have access to:
