Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a marketing calendar to support business objectives across the customer lifecycle.
  • Assist sales enablement by developing and maintaining relevant toolkits and marketing assets.
  • Build and optimize customer lifecycle communications using Braze, including writing briefs for personalized multi-channel journeys (email, in-app, push, SMS).
  • Collaborate with product teams to drive growth experiments along the customer journey.
  • Apply a test-and-learn approach to marketing initiatives, improving team processes and communication journeys.
  • Support the delivery of mandatory and service-related communications to customers.
  • Advocate for the customer, contributing to marketing activity reports and analysis to uncover insights, identify pain points, and recommend optimizations.
