About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Paralegal or Junior Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Legal team at ALS. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business by reviewing and negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general corporate legal matters, including the review and negotiation of agreements across the ALS Group.
  • Undertake or participate in ad hoc legal projects, with exposure to transformational projects that leverage innovative technology.
  • Provide company secretarial and corporate governance support across the ALS Group, including maintenance of corporate entity registers and preparation of documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the preparation and updating of precedent documents used across the Corporate legal team.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve team success and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
About You

We are looking for a pragmatic, commercially minded individual with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing excellent work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1-2 years PQE or proven paralegal experience, with a strong understanding of commercial law and contract review.

You will be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders.
