About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward to join our team at Panthers Penrith. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas, food storage spaces, and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
  • Assist with the preparation and cleaning of kitchen tools, machinery, and utensils.
  • Support the kitchen team with daily tasks and duties as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the successful operation of our kitchens.
  • Participate in Panthers Home Games and assist with food and crockery transfers to offsite venues as needed.
Requirements
  • 6 months experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to lift and carry kitchen items.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong pride in work and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
