We're seeking ambitious individuals to join our operations team at Hastings. As part of our Australian Steel Products Portfolio, we have five major manufacturing departments operating 24/7, delivering innovative solutions and services to export and domestic customers.

As a Process Operator, you'll undertake important processing work that requires a strong focus on quality and safety. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and promoting a safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Operating machinery to process and manufacture products, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Operating equipment such as forklifts and cranes, maintaining high levels of accuracy and control
  • Monitoring and packing products to ensure quality control, meeting the highest standards of excellence
