Job SummaryThis role involves providing high-quality clinical care to residents in our residential aged care home, working closely with our Care Manager and other healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include delivering direct clinical nursing care, coaching, and guidance to colleagues, and working safely to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents.
You'll need:
- A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues
- Strong coaching/training skills and effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Competent IT skills and willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
