Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our professional Food & Beverage Team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable and impressive 5-star experiences for our guests. You will work in a fast-paced environment, serving a wide range of drinks and food, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drink Service
    • Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, spirits, and beers.
    • Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests.
    • Knowledge of traditional cocktails and spirits is essential.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet guests and provide a warm welcome.
    • Answer all queries about the menu, including drinks, and make suggestions.
    • Take ownership of guest's requirements and food allergies.
  • Bar Operations
    • Set up the bar area and process charges and payments.
    • Effectively communicate with managers and all colleagues.
    • Experience with handling guest queries and complaints is essential.

Requirements

  • Experienced Bartender with a passion for the industry and food.
  • Natural flair and ability to work unsupervised using own initiative when needed.
  • Dedicated team player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.92 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Full-time permanent position with 40 hours per week worked over 5 days, mainly evening shifts and weekend availability.
  • Shifts between 12:30 to 00:00.
  • An additional share of service charge and tips every 2 months.
  • 28-day holiday including bank holidays.
  • Paid day off on your birthday.
  • Referral program with a £250 bonus for new members of staff introduced.
