The Role

We have an excellent opportunity for skilled trade professionals who are invested in their own success and the growth of others.

  • Provide maintenance support and breakdown rectification to the site
  • Assist in the delivery of minor works and projects on site
  • Help identify and support opportunities for improvement relating to reliability
  • Perform scheduled and ad-hoc safety checks as well as maintaining high standards in Safe Work Practices
  • Coach operators in basic problem-solving and root cause analysis
About You

To be successful, you will need:

  • Certificate 3 or higher in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or preventative maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of various maintenance methods and the ability to investigate problems, determine and implement root cause corrections
  • A commitment to safety and safe systems of work
  • Effective communication skills – ability to communicate with lots of different people is essential
