Civil engineering specialists play a crucial role in the development of modern infrastructure, from buildings and bridges to roads and water treatment plants.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced civil engineer with expertise in planning, conducting professional engineering work and collaborating with senior engineers.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects from concept to completion, participating in regular continuous development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior engineers with information analysis, design production, and computations
  • Produce designs, documentation, and reports to meet client requirements
  • Assist with project planning, management, and monitoring
  • Attend site inspections

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Local experience in a consulting environment (preferably)
  • Strong relevant technical knowledge with experience working with Australian Building Codes and Standards
  • Exposure to Spacegass, Structural Toolkit, and RAPT (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organized with excellent time management
  • Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service and quality
  • A practical understanding of local construction methodologies and techniques
  • A keen interest in structural engineering design
