We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks Townsville Gateway Suites in Australia.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check-in guests
  • Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues
  • Make bookings and assist guests during their stay
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Professional presentation and appearance
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
