Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to spearhead our team's efforts in delivering top-notch projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will work closely with our project director and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with project sponsors, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a construction or related industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
