Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, aligned with the company's purpose, vision, and values.
- Partner with Managers to identify key metrics for talent acquisition objectives and provide strategic advice on workforce planning.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure effective recruitment processes.
- Oversee the recruitment process cycle, from candidate attraction through to selection and on-boarding.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing and delivering a strategic recruitment process, along with relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, or business-related disciplines. They should also have demonstrated in-house recruitment experience, preferably in the renewables/utilities sector, and excellent communication and networking skills.
