Clearance Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced Clearance Specialist to join our team in handling complex personal security clearance processes. As a key member of our vetting team, you will be responsible for assessing components of clearance cases and ensuring adherence to best practices.

You will leverage electronic case management systems for efficient clearance processing, conduct thorough Interviews with Clearance Subjects, and provide sound advice on clearance outcomes while adeptly handling sensitive information.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and have experience working with Personal Security Files (PSFs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing security clearances meticulously, adhering to the PSPF and industry standards.
  • Leveraging technology to streamline clearance processing and improve efficiency.
  • Conducting rigorous Interviews and collecting information from Clearance Subjects.
  • Providing expert advice on clearance outcomes while maintaining confidentiality.
